Crowned Roots Collective – Return & Refund Policy
All Crowned Roots Collective canvases are made to order. Each piece is produced specifically for your order, which means returned items cannot be resold. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@crownedrootscollective.com.
To file a claim and qualify for a replacement or refund, the following photos are required:

Clear photos of the damaged canvas in natural lighting, please remove all plastic.

Clear photos of the original packaging, including the box and any visible damage
Packaging photos are required in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims submitted without packaging photos may be denied.
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or full refund, per your decision.
Item Not as Described
If you believe your item does not match the product listing, please note that a finished canvas that matches at least 90–95% of the listing images and description is considered accurate and acceptable.
The following is not considered a valid reason for return or refund:

Minor variations in color tone due to screen settings
Approved claims will result in either an exchange or a refund.
Lost in Transit
If your order is confirmed lost in transit and the correct shipping address was provided at checkout, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns of non-defective items within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs
Items returned damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
Restocking / Production Fee
Returns of non-defective items are subject to a production fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover production and handling costs. This fee reflects the made-to-order nature of our products and the inability to resell returned items.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
