Crowned Roots Collective – Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from Crowned Roots Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

Crowned Roots Collective sells made-to-order canvas art. All products are produced specifically for each order.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen or device settings

  • Printing and production tolerances

  • Canvas wrapping and cropping

A finished product that matches 90–95% of the listing images and description is considered accurate and acceptable.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has begun.

Any orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity will be canceled at our discretion. 

4. Made-to-Order Policy

All Crowned Roots Collective products are made to order and produced specifically for the customer. Because of this:

  • Items cannot be resold once returned

  • Returns for non-defective items will be subject to a 20% production fee

  • Custom or personalized items are not offered

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Crowned Roots Collective is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging are required. Packaging photos are mandatory for filing claims with shipping carriers.

Failure to provide required documentation may result in claim denial.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artwork, images, designs, logos, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of Crowned Roots Collective and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any content without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Submit false or misleading claims

  • Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious behavior

  • Attempt to exploit or manipulate our policies

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Crowned Roots Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crowned Roots Collective from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our products or site.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Crowned Roots Collective operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
