Crowned Roots Collective – Shipping Policy
All Crowned Roots Collective canvases are made to order. Each piece is printed, assembled, and packaged specifically for your order.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, production typically begins within 24–48 hours.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Timeframes
After processing is complete, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
The estimated total timeframe from order placement to delivery is approximately 5–9 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur
- Holiday periods (mid-November through mid-January) may add 1–2 additional business days to delivery timelines
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. You can also view real-time tracking updates by logging into your customer account at any time.
If you have not received a tracking number within the processing timeframe listed above, please contact us at support@crownedrootscollective.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
After shipment:
- Delivery updates, rerouting requests, or rescheduling must be handled directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
- Reaching out to the carrier directly is often the fastest way to resolve delivery issues. If you’re unable to reach a resolution, please contact us and we’ll review the situation to determine next steps.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Crowned Roots Collective ships within the United States only.
We strongly recommend shipping to a physical street address whenever possible. Due to carrier limitations, PO Boxes can present challenges when shipping large or framed artwork.
Most of our canvases exceed USPS size restrictions, and FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. In some cases, packages addressed to PO Boxes may be delayed, rejected, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier
Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to update your address before tracking is issued, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment.
- Once a tracking number has been issued, the order has shipped and address changes must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Crowned Roots Collective is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
After Shipment Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
After shipment:
- Delivery updates, rerouting, or rescheduling must be handled directly with the carrier
- Having us contact the carrier on your behalf may delay resolution
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please allow the carrier adequate time to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost and the correct address was provided, we will assist with a replacement.
