The plan was to relax quietly. Then the cousins arrived, music appeared, and somebody unpacked enough food to establish a small government. A Day at the Beach will now continue until sunset or until the last cooler is empty.

Rest can be communal, loud, and full of life. Time beside the water gives families room to reconnect, laugh without watching the clock, and make ordinary summer days part of their shared history.
